Terms of service for depapel's Markdown-to-document and copy-formatting service.
Introduction
depapel is operated by Ginylil. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Service description and audience
depapel converts Markdown into PDF and Word (DOCX), prepares email, Slack, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp copy, and returns direct HTTP contracts for supported clients and Mermaid image output. It is a general-purpose productivity tool for teens and adults and is not designed for or marketed to children under 13. No account is required.
Service boundaries
depapel does not initiate money, cryptocurrency, investment, or other financial transactions and does not serve third-party advertisements.
Your content
You retain full ownership of submitted content and represent that you have the right to submit it. We process content only for the requested operation, do not store document content, and do not log document content. Request-scoped PDF import files are deleted before the response completes.
Operational metadata
Limited operational metadata, including route, output, status, format, duration, byte counts, coarse browser/device categories, and a hashed client identifier, is used for abuse prevention and service operations. First-party logs are retained for up to 14 days and exclude document content, raw IP addresses, and raw user-agent strings.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content; attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the service; or use the service in violation of applicable law.
No warranty and liability
depapel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginylil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; total liability is limited to the amount paid, if any.
Service changes and governing law
Ginylil may modify, suspend, or discontinue depapel and will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
